Bag Care Instructions

Due to the vegan leather handles on our bags, they are not machine washable. Below are our recommendations for taking care of your new bag!

Bag Preparation

Before cleaning, make sure to remove the inserts and empty pockets to make sure there is nothing that get damaged or will fall out as your cleaning.

Spot Cleaning

We recommend spot cleaning your bag with warm water, dish soap or mild laundry detergent and a washcloth. Wet the area to be cleaned, apply some soap or detergent, and gently scrub with a clean rag or cloth until the area is cleaned.

If the stain on your bag still does not come out, you can try using a more advanced stain remover. First, apply the stain removal product on a discrete small portion of the bag to make sure the powder or liquid does not cause canvas burns, discolorations, or color bleeds. If no discoloration occurs, apply the stain remover to the affected area, and gently rub with a damp cloth until the stain is removed. Avoid hard scrubbing the stains with wire brushes or any other hard material because color transfers, discolorations, or canvas damage are possible.

Drying

Lay flat or hang dry in a well ventilated area to prevent mildew.
